What Do I Get?

  • After you have checked in a Chaperone will meet you at the Airport Genie meeting point and provide accompaniment right through to the boarding gate.
  • The Chaperone will help with shopping and help to carry purchases.
  • The Chaperone will provide assistance with hand luggage.
  • You or your relative will have access to the Fast-Track Boarding Pass Channel.
  • You or your relative will receive Flight and Airport Alerts to your mobile phone.

    After you have checked in a Chaperone will meet you at the Airport Genie meeting point and provide accompaniment right through to the boarding gate. From here the Chaperone will provide escort to departures using the Fast-Track channel through the boarding pass queue, help with the shopping requirements, assist with hand luggage and provide accompaniment for them to the boarding gate in plenty of time for the flight.

    Each Chaperone can cater for up to two people. Should you need to book the assistance of a second, or even a third Chaperone, we will be happy to facilitate.

    You or your loved one will have access to the Fast-Track channel.

    Your Chaperone will aid the search for favourite shops and help them to carry any purchases from The Loop (airport shopping area).

    Assistance can also be sought in carrying hand luggage.

    Your Chaperone will be available for aprox 1 hour

    Up to 2 adult sized pieces of luggage are permitted per Chaperone Attendant.

    Flight and Airport status alerts via text messages will be sent to you or your loved one’s mobile phone.

    Once you or your relative arrives at their boarding gate, you will receive a text message or phone call to confirm that they are at their gate.
